Job Description

As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies such as toiletries and linens.
• Ensuring all furniture, fixtures, and appliances are cleaned and in good working condition.
• Checking and restocking room amenities, such as coffee supplies, minibar items, and bathroom essentials.
• Cleaning and maintaining public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
• Monitoring and ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of high-traffic areas.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A minimum of 2 years of working experience.
• At least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Proficiency in cleaning techniques, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.

Additional Information

• New employees will undergo an onboarding process to familiarize themselves with hotel policies, cleaning procedures, and safety protocols.
